Am I neurodivergent? Start here
Not sure whether to look at ADHD, autism, anxiety or low mood first?
Which test? The ADHD self-test (WHO ASRS, six questions) looks at attention, organisation and restlessness. The autism self-test (AQ-10, ten questions; RAADS-R, 80) looks at social effort, sensory differences and routines. If you are not sure which fits, answer the six questions below and we will point you at the right one. None of them is a diagnosis.
This is a router, not a test. Six quick questions tell us whether to point you at the ADHD screener, the autism screeners, or a therapist. It scores nothing clinically and sends nothing anywhere.
What neurodivergent means
Neurodivergent describes a mind that works differently from what is typical: ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette syndrome and others. It is a description, not a diagnosis, and many people are neurodivergent in more than one way. The neurodivergent hub explains the terms and where each path leads.
ADHD
Attention, focus, time, organisation, restlessness. Take the ADHD self-test or read the symptoms guide.
Autism
Social effort, sensory differences, routine, deep interests. Take the autism self-tests or read autism in adults.
Anxiety and low mood
Often the reason people look, and often part of the picture with ADHD or autism. Get matched to a therapist.
