What happens next
- We read your answers and suggest one practitioner from the roster whose training, approach and availability fit. You see their profile, fee and what you pay after the rebate before anything is booked.
- You book a first video session at a time that suits you. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, bring the referral; if not, your practitioner can tell you what to ask your GP for.
- After the session we lodge your Medicare claim (where eligible) and you pay only what your card shows. If the fit is not right, tell us and we rematch you at no cost.
