In brief. Inner Help sends you neurodivergent adult clients matched to how you work, books them, takes payment, lodges their Medicare claim and pays you every week. No listing fee, no lock-in, no invoicing. You keep your own practice and your own clients.

Rebatable practitioners keep an amount equal to the full Medicare rebate on every platform-sourced session plus half of the gap above it. Non-rebatable practitioners split their fee 50/50. You set your fee within the guide. Weekly plan clients (counsellors and coaches) are split 50/50 on the plan revenue.
What we do so you do not have to
Find and match the clients
All marketing cost carried by us. Clients arrive matched to your conditions, modalities and availability, with their self-test result and intake answers.
Book, bill, claim
Scheduling and video, payment at booking, the Medicare patient claim lodged after each session, NDIS invoices for self- and plan-managed participants.
Pay you weekly
A numbered statement every Monday that is your invoice to us (RCTI or remittance), GST handled, live ledger in your dashboard. You never invoice us.
Cover no-shows
Late cancellations and no-shows are charged to the client at 50% of the fee and you are paid your normal share.
Keep your own clients
Use our booking page for your own clients at 0% if you like. We never touch those relationships or their records.
Verify once
Registration, indemnity, provider number, billing authority and bank details captured once; re-checked annually. A verified-ND credential you can use.
The terms in plain English
- Independent contractor, non-exclusive, 30 days notice either way.
- Platform-sourced clients stay on the platform for 12 months; your own clients are yours.
- Provisional psychologists need their own board-approved supervisor. Counsellors and coaches work within a written scope.
- Clinical records for platform-sourced clients live on the platform; you have full access.
- No ratings or testimonials are ever published about you or anyone else.
