Adult autism assessment: opening later in 2026
Inner Help psychologist-led adult autism assessment opens later in 2026.
In brief. Inner Help will offer psychologist-led autism assessment for adults later in 2026. No medication is involved. It produces a written report you can use for NDIS, work and study. It is not open yet; price and process will be published before it opens. Support from autism-affirming practitioners is available now and does not need a diagnosis.
What the assessment will be
A structured assessment with a psychologist experienced in adult autism, using validated tools and, where you agree, information from someone who knew you as a child. A written report follows, with a plain-English summary and recommendations.
What you can do now
- Take the free AQ-10 or RAADS-R self-test, scored on your device.
- Get matched to an autism-affirming practitioner. Self- and plan-managed NDIS participants can use their plan.
- Read about autism in adults and AuDHD.
