In brief. After a diagnosis, ongoing ADHD care with Inner Help will run by telehealth: reviews with an ADHD-trained GP, script and travel-letter requests, and check-ins, with your regular GP kept in the loop. It opens alongside assessment in 2026. Price and terms will be published in full before it opens. If you already have a diagnosis and want support now, therapy with a neurodivergent-affirming practitioner is available today.
What ongoing care will include
- Reviews with an ADHD-trained GP, more often while medication is being adjusted
- Script and travel-letter requests without a new appointment each time
- Symptom tracking and check-ins between reviews
- Letters to your regular GP at each significant change
What you can do now
- Get matched to a practitioner for executive function, burnout, anxiety or the late-diagnosis reckoning.
