Inner Help Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for products or services purchased from us. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Sessions: Refunds may be requested for individual sessions purchased directly from Inner Help Pty Ltd. This includes Root Cause Therapy Sessions and Family Support Sessions.

1.2. Program: Refunds may be requested for programs provided by Inner Help Pty Ltd. This includes 4 Week Programs 

2. Refund Requests

2.1. Sessions: To request a refund for a session, you must contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. You maybe required to provide proof of payment, such as an EFT Receipt or Credit Card Receipt, along with a valid reason for the refund request. 

2.2. Programs: To request a refund for a service, you must contact our customer support team before the end of the 2nd week of your 4 week program. You maybe required to provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the service. Our programs have a 100% money back guarantee in the first 2 weeks of the program, no refunds will be issued after the 2 week period finishes.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Sessions: Once your refund request for a session is approved, we will process the refund within [3] business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified.

3.2. Programs: If your refund request for a program is approved, we will process the refund within [3] business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

4.1. Digital Products: Refunds will not be provided for digital products, such as e-books, downloadable files, or online courses, once they have been accessed or downloaded.

4.2. In Person Sessions or Workshops: Refunds will not be provided for these services that have been customised or personalized specifically for you, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

5.1. Inner Help Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Refund Policy on our website.
